Employee Spotlight: Lindsey Morrone

As VP of Sales and Marketing, Lindsey plays a critical role in developing the relationships and securing key clients that have been responsible for SRX’s success. She is also responsible for sales and marketing at Synergy HCA, a group purchasing organization (GPO) for skilled nursing and long-term care (LTC) facilities.

Prior to entering the healthcare industry, she worked in private aviation, specializing in domestic and international travel with clients including HNWIs, and high-profile individuals in the music industry.

While Lindsey is unabashedly forward in making genuine connections with key industry leaders, her ingenuity in creating opportunities for connections is one of her greatest strengths. From collaborating with organizations like the American Health Care Association (AHCA) on special events, to forming lasting relationships with vendors and customers, she is always looking for opportunities to grow her reach within the industry. Four years ago, Lindsey conceived of an executive conference for skilled nursing and long-term care leaders where the focus was on education and networking directed at sophisticated industry operators. As a frequent participant in national conferences, she saw an opportunity for a more intimate event where meaningful connections were possible while also providing high-level, actionable education.

To this end, in 2016 she organized and implemented the first Synergy Summit. Held at the Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale, AZ, this event attracted customers, operators, sponsors, thought leaders and vendors from around the country. Under Lindsey’s guidance, the first Synergy Summit produced an educational lineup in a coveted, luxury location that served as a strong foundation of continued interest in and growth for the event. From the sales and marketing to arranging accommodations and overseeing all logistics and creative elements, she managed to pull off a truly one-of-a-kind event. To her credit, the large majority of attendees have come back year after year.

Now in its 4th year, the Synergy Summit will be hosted at The Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, CA, and features its most diverse and impressive speaker and attendee lineup to date. The agenda features speakers from the largest operators in the industry including CEOs from Genesis, Plum Healthcare, and Ensign Services. She is an invaluable member of the team and has been instrumental in growing SRX and Synergy HCA’s customer base to over 2,000 facilities. Without Lindsey’s leadership and vision, this would not have been possible and we are so grateful to have her as a member of our team.
