SRX was able to partner with one of the country\u2019s largest pharmacy benefits managers, ProCare RX, to \u201cbring to market an innovative and truly world-class platform focused on the global economy of middle-market businesses.\u201d To date, there has been no innovation as significant as Arc when it comes to employee prescription benefits, particularly for the long-term care and skilled nursing industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><a href=\"https:\/\/arc-rx.com\/\">Arc<\/a> was conceived in response to SRX\u2019s clients asking for help, \u201cpaying millions of dollars, if not tens of millions, in prescription drug benefits on their employee benefit plans when they self-insure,\u201d Taylor says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>\u201cHaving the ability to create concierge services that allow the employer to carve out coverage for certain drugs while shifting the cost burden back to the industry is huge.\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With SRX\u2019s specialty drug program, employers save an average of 22% on benefits costs while employees gain access to an unparalleled national pharmacy network.
